fares Hong Kong to Calcutta etc., we beg to give the following

rates:-

The second class return fare by the British India

Steam Navigation Company Hong Kong to Calcutta is HK$560.

The second class return fare by rail from Calcutta

(Howarh Station) to Faridkot via Indiana and Ferozepore is

Rupees 109-15-0 which converted at the rate of 91/3/4 of today,

amounts to HK$119.82.

The total fare Hong Kong to Faridkot and return is

therefore, HK$679.82 per passenger.
